SPORT Therapy (Sports Performance Optimization & Recovery Technique)™; is LA Sports Massage's signature fusion of leading edge massage techniques such as active and passive release, deep tissue, trigger point, myofacial release, sports-specific shiatsu and more.
Recover & Relax™*
- $38 half session
- $76 full session
- $114 deluxe session
The Recover & Relax massage is designed to relax tight muscles, flush out soreness, and melt away stress. R&R is perfect when SPORT Therapy is too deep or too specific, when you just need a calming massage experience.
*Discounts do not apply to the R&R massage.
In-Home Massage Service
We offer in-home massage services within the greater LA area. A minimum 1 hour massage is required for home service. Home service rates are $100 per hour, with travel fee of $40 in the near West LA area, increasing for outlying areas. Discounts do not apply to in-home services.
Massage Packages
Buy a package and save! We offer discount package rates for Sports Massage:
- Package of 10 Half-Hour Sessions: $51 per session, a savings of $70 ($510 total price)
- Package of 10 One Hour Sessions: $85 per session, a savings of $110 ($850 total price)
- Package of 10 Hour and a Half Sessions: $127.50 per session, a savings of $165 ($1,275 total price)
Note: "Recover & Relax" massage is not included in discounted package rates.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service. Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash are accepted. We do not accept medical insurance.
Cancellation policy
To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. The full price will be charged for late cancellations, no shows and missed appointments. As a courtesy to everyone, please be prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in their scheduled session.

Massage...helps riders recover faster from training, which in turn increases training potential... We recommend one weekly full body session with a pro when you're riding big miles.
